Spinach Artichokes Sandwiches

Spinach artichoke sandwiches

Filling:

Spinach
garlic
Trader joes Lemon pepper seasoning grind
salt
artichoke hearts - 7 chopped up

toss the above ingrediants in some olive oil till spinach is slightly wilted and spices combine.

Add a spoonful of parmesan to this.

heat the Panini press

Use a thick multigrain bread.

Fill with above mixture.

one slice of campari tomato

one slice of any cheese ( a bit sharper is better) - I used a gouda with curry flavoring.

Line one slice with a hint of mayo.

Toast all on both sides till gooey.
